I purchased this 2-in-1 roller last year before Thanksgiving to tone my facial muscles after seeing a video of it on youtube and other Japanese beauty reviews.



It worked very well in both reducing facial fat and re-defining my facial structure. The instruction is pretty basic and calls for 10 minutes a day of simply rolling the massager on your cheeks / jawline(or chin if you have double chin but I don't)and if you follow it religiously for the first week or two you will see the difference.
